Join us for an hour of slowing down!!! Do you have anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, an overactive brain, or anything in between?. This could be an offering that may be an opportunity to assist your central nervous system in a reset, a pause, a breath!! There are so many reasons for the body to sit in fight, flight, freeze or fawn, and a sound journey is an avenue for an outlet. A journey for you to allow the body to relax, so the central nervous system can chillax, and the body can function as it's meant to, within a harmonious space. This sound bath is an opportunity to give during the festive season. Admission is greatly reduced in hopes that you're able to make a contribution to those in need. I will be collecting non-perishable food items for those in need at this particular sound bath in Saskatoon. I look forward to collectively making our small city a bit brighter, if even for a moment.
